"This is a great home with amazing shared space - both indoor and outdoor.  The outdoor pool is large with a fantastic patio area that has lounge chairs, a sitting area and a dining area. We spent days outside enjoying these amenities. It has shaded coverage on the dining table and sitting area and full sun on the beach lounge chairs so you have plenty of options whether you want sun or shade. It is right on the water with excellent water front that has easy access to the Gulf.

The house has three bedrooms and two baths and can house large or multi-families. The Master bedroom is spacious with an en suite bath. There are two family room areas that provide ample space for gathering.

Loved this house and the location on the water. It was also easy access to restaurants and local shopping. There are some fun restaurants with open air dining, and we loved Wicked Dolphin distillery too. They have an outdoor music event one Thursday of the month that was really fun. We had day trips to Fort Meyers Beach, Marco Island and Siesta Key. It was wonderful to be able to rotate between pool days and beach days.

Highly recommend this clean and spacious home, especially if you love being outside in or around a pool or on the water."

"We had a fantastic week at this property!  Everything was very clean, and it was well-stocked with the necessities!  My favorite room was the expansive lanai that overlooked the pool!  It was a great place to relax and to eat our meals!  We also enjoyed boating through the canals and in the river and out into the Gulf.  We saw many dolphins which was super cool!  This property is close to many good restaurants which we really enjoyed as well!  I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fun and relaxing time in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area!"

"Gorgeous home right on the canal. Easy access to Fort Meyers in a safe neighborhood. Absolutely loved all the restaurants that are close by.

The house is great! Very spacious and updated with lots of space to spread out. The pool was so refreshing after enjoying Florida’s warm sunshine. I would have to say the lanai is probably my favorite, so much space to sit out and enjoy the outdoors right near the canal.  We enjoyed eating out on the lanai for all of our breakfasts and lunches every day we were there!  
Great place to stay, I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again!"

"My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely vacation home on our trip this past winter. It was located in a quiet, residential area with a canal located right behind the house. With only a 15-20 minute drive to Fort Meyers, it was easy to find many fun activities both in town and nearby! We visited several beautiful beaches that were within an hour drive, found a neat walking trail along the river, and visited a couple farmers markets local to Cape Coral. The house was very clean and well maintained. It also includes a lanai which provided a peaceful space to hangout in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!"

This place is amazing!! My dad and I had a fantastic week here! The house is beautiful and has everything you need! We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen and enjoy them out on the lanai! The heated pool was awesome, we spent everyday in it! The house is close ot tons of attractions. We were able to go to an Everglades Hockey game less than an hour away and the Naples Zoo too! Highly recommend the Yacht Club Beach! It was so nice, and we caught little crabs and hermit crabs!  The bedrooms were so nice and cozy it was the perfect way to end a great day at Serenity Palms!
